1. Homepage planned designed and built entirely user centric

From the initial planning stage every single element of the homepage has the user in mind, with easy to use search functionality, various event categories to choose from, or new and featured venues sections to look at all as soon as a user hits the homepage.

2. Simple and easy to navigate venue pages

The venue pages were designed to be easy to use and highly functional, showing where the venue is on the map and linking to google maps to give directions from the users destination, to having tags such as ‘disabled access’ which would then link to all of the venues who shared this function. Each venue page also has a clear and bright CTA at the top of the page to enable users to call, as well as a form embedded in each venue page.

3. Whole user journey carefully planned

Every touchpoint in the journey carefully and deliberately leads the user to the end goal of giving their information for an agent at the company to come up with a full event plan and personalise their experience.
